Terms of use
These terms apply to the use of this website and to reservations and visits to nadeshico Hikone, operated by nadeshico Inc. Please read them before you book.
1. About this site
We take care that the information on this site is correct at the time of publication. Menus, prices, opening hours and seating can change with the season and with what we are able to buy, so please confirm the current details by telephone or when you book if they matter to your plans.
2. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed when we have accepted it by telephone or through a reservation service. For parties of 20 guests or more, please contact us before booking online so that we can check the date with you. If you are going to be late or the number of guests changes, please let us know as early as you can.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please tell us as early as you can. Because courses and private hire mean buying ingredients in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. We will tell you the amount and the conditions when you book.
4. In the restaurant
Inside the restaurant is non-smoking; smoking is allowed on the terrace. Please tell a member of staff about allergies or ingredients you cannot eat before you order, and we will do what we can. We may ask a guest to leave if their behaviour causes trouble for other guests or for staff.
5. Copyright
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to nadeshico Inc. or to the people who created them. Please do not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. Sharing a link to a page is welcome.
6. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage arising from the use of this site, except where it is caused by our intent or gross negligence. We are also not responsible for the content of external sites linked from here, including reservation services and review sites.
7. Changes
We may revise these terms. The revised terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be brought before the court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office as the court of first instance.
