Courses with free-flow drinks start at 5,500 yen. The number of guests we can take for a party or a private hire depends on the date, so please call us. We are a 3-minute walk from Hikone Station, so it is an easy place to meet.

01Grilled Kurao pork with twelve starters

5,500 yenGrilled Kurao pork, twelve colourful starters and prawn ajillo. 150 minutes of free-flow drinks are included.

02Omi beef grill and salmon staub rice

6,600 yenGrilled Omi beef as the main dish, with a staub pot of salmon and salmon roe rice opened at the table. Free-flow drinks included. For a party you want to be a little more than usual.

03Omi beef fillet and foie gras Rossini

7,700 yenOur premium course: Omi beef fillet topped with foie gras and finished with red wine sauce, with free-flow drinks. Anniversaries and birthdays are what this one is for.

04Girls' night plan

4,400 yen (Sun–Thu)Twelve colourful starters and a pasta of your choosing. Available Sunday to Thursday, with 150 minutes of free-flow drinks.

Course contents change with the season and with what we can buy. Please tell us in advance about allergies or anything you cannot eat. Prices shown include free-flow drinks; please confirm the current details when you book.

Parties, private hire and anniversaries in Hikone

47 seats in all: 13 at the counter and 34 at tables. There is also a terrace, which is the only place where smoking is allowed.

The tables suit a group that wants to sit facing one another. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. If you have a preference about seating, tell us when you book.

Private hire is possible. The size we can take depends on the date, so please call us.

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays we open at 14:00, so an afternoon party is possible.

How many people can you seat for a party?

We take both parties and private hire. The number depends on the date, so please call us.

How far ahead should we book a party?

December and the welcome-party season fill up, so earlier is safer. Once you have a date, please call us.

Can you handle allergies within a course?

Please tell us when you book. We will do what we can within the course; if a dish cannot be changed we will say so honestly.

Is there a time limit on the free-flow drinks?

Every course comes with 150 minutes of free-flow drinks (last orders 30 minutes before the end). We will go through the details when you book.

Can we bring a cake for a birthday?

Please ask us when you book and we will arrange what we can. Tell us the time you would like it brought out.

Is there a service charge?

Yes. A 5% service charge is added to the bill (10% between 11 and 16 August, excluding course menus). A cancellation fee may apply to courses and private hire.

Can we hold a party in the afternoon?

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays we open at 14:00. Please talk to us when you book.
